Rooftop Led Light Box Signature Construction for a Medical Centre

Structural Steel Modifications for New Rooftop Led Light Box Signature Installation

Hume Steel Engineering was engaged by Sheeth Pty Ltd to complete structural steel modifications at a Medical Centre, supporting the installation of a new rooftop Led Light Box Signature.
The project involved modifying the existing roof structure to accommodate the new signage while maintaining the integrity of the existing steel framing.

Our scope included the installation of new connection plates and additional C-purlins, securely connected to the existing structural steelwork.

Working from the structural details, Hume Steel carefully integrated the new members into the existing roof structure, including modifications to existing purlins where required to create the necessary opening and support arrangement for the new installation. The structural drawings detail the new purlin layout, connections and required modifications to the existing framing.
